Sherfield-on-Loddon Village Hall is fully licensed and offers three easily accessible, well-equipped spaces for private hire: the characterful Main Hall, the Meeting Room and the separate Liddell Hall. The Hall benefits from on-site parking, smart modern cloakrooms and gives you free use of its secure, large, family-friendly garden. For your convenience, the resident caretaker will arrange the furniture according to the layout you provide.

The spacious Main Hall is decorated in neutral colours to allow you to put your own stamp on your event. With a sprung dance floor, it is ideal to hire for your party, wedding reception, theatre performance, business event or exercise class. It can be hired with or without its modular stage and either full house lights or spot lights will create your preferred atmosphere.
A separate well-appointed kitchen leads off, with a useful large serving hatch into the hall and access into the bar serving area if required.
Two sets of oak double-doors can lead into the Meeting Room which can provide a reception/bar area for your event.
The hall is fully equipped with:

The Liddell Hall is an ideal venue for children’s parties, smaller more intimate adult events and meetings. It is a separate building with its own entrance, fitted kitchen and cloakrooms and has access to the enclosed rear garden.

With a discreet fitted bar, The Meeting Room can be hired in conjunction with the main hall to act as a reception/bar area, or it can be hired separately for meetings. Two sets of double-doors lead into the main hall and an outside door leads to a paved patio and into the enclosed large garden. The bar connects with the main kitchen, there is a choice of bright or soft lighting and smart modern cloakrooms are shared with the Main Hall.

Or hire this room separately for your meeting or class. There is scope for various seating layouts and the wall-mounted 32” flat screen TV can be used for Freeview TV or as a monitor, linked to your laptop.
